Avocado Cheese Cake 

Avocado cheese cake very tasty dessert. This recipe is best for ane special occasion. 

Ingredients:

  • Avocado   300 grams
  • Milkmaid   300 grams
  • Graham cracker   250 gram
  • Cream cheese   450 grams
  • Butter   80 grams
  • Gelatin   6 teaspoons
  • Cold water   60 ml
  • Vanilla   2 teaspoons
  • fresh lemon juice   1 1/2 teaspoons
  • Cold fresh milk   1/2 cup
  • Whipping cream powder   35 grams

Method:

Firstly crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and then combine it with the melted butter. Then press into the bottom of the 20 cm springform baking pan. Refrigerate it before the next steps. 

Dissolve the gelatin in the cold water and cover it and let it set aside to bloom.

Now place avocado, Sweetened condensed milk in a food processor and pulse until it's completely smooth and then beat with the cream cheese or crush avocado until it's creamy and mixes well with condensed milk and then beat it with the cream cheese until it forms a smooth and creamy mixture.

Now transfer the mixture into a suitable bowl and add vanilla and fresh lemon juice and give it a good mix.

Then beat the whipped cream powder with cold fresh milk on hight speed until it forms stiff peaks.

Now fold the whipping cream mixture gradually into the avocado mixture.
Then double boil the previously soaked gelatin or microwave them for a few seconds to melt it again and then mix it well with 1/4 cup of avocado cheese cake, batter and then add that into the rest of the cheese cake batter and stir it well until it combines well.

Finally pour it into the springform pan we previously prepared with crushed graham crackers and then spread itevenly using a spatula and refrigerate it overnight for 8 hours. Decorate it as you desire and then serve.
